Secretary Amenah Pangandaman Leads Oath-Taking Ceremony for Newly Hired and Promoted DBM Caraga Personnel in Butuan City
Butuan City – Ahead of the hectic day’s activity, Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) groundbreaking ceremony for the Surigao City Eco-Tourism Park, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman took a meaningful pause to officiate the oath-taking ceremony of newly hired and promoted personnel of DBM Caraga.
Held at Almont Inland Hotel and Resort, the ceremony was a momentous occasion celebrating the department’s commitment to enhancing its workforce and fostering excellence in public service. The newly appointed personnel—Josiah Mayven Dalapu, Pia Mae Bote, Rhoda Jill Arellano, Katherine May Tacubao, Charish Dane Boniel, and Catherine Pacturan—proudly took their oaths, marking a significant milestone in their careers. Their appointments signify not only their professional growth but also their readiness to take on greater responsibilities in advancing DBM Caraga’s mission of efficient and transparent budget management.

Following the ceremony, Secretary Pangandaman proceeded to Surigao City for the RTF-ELCAC to spearhead the historic groundbreaking of the Green Green Green Project, the first phase of the Surigao City Eco-Tourism Park Master Plan.
