On July 5, 2024, the Department of Budget and Management Regional Office XIII officially turned over its 2011 Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter Passenger Van to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority - Agusan del Sur School of Arts and Trades. The ceremony, held at the DBM Regional Office XIII, was spearheaded by Regional Director Maria Fe D. Jagna and Assistant Regional Director Jenneth C. Partosa, with TESDA-ASSAT Acting School Administrator Meriam U. Cultura accepting the vehicle on behalf of the institution. The event marked a significant step in fostering inter-agency collaboration to enhance Technical-Vocation Education in Caraga Region.

Witnessing the turnover was representative from the Commission on Audit (COA) Caraga, underscoring the transparency and accountability of the process. The vehicle is expected to greatly benefit TESDA-ASSAT by providing reliable transportation for students and staff, facilitating access to educational resources and opportunities.
