Department of Budget and Management Secretary Amenah “Mina” F. Pangandaman is set to attend as the guest speaker at separate commencement exercises at two Central Luzon universities on Friday, 19 July 2024.
Secretary Mina will first attend as the guest of honor and speaker at Tarlac State University’s (TSU) 35th Graduation Ceremony, themed “Navigating Tomorrow: A Journey in Futures Thinking.” She is set to speak before graduates from the Colleges of Business and Accountancy.
Following this, Sec. Mina will grace, also as guest speaker, the Commencement Exercises 2024 of the Bulacan State University (BulSU) for the Hagonoy campus later in the afternoon.
Joining Secretary Pangandaman in these activities will be DBM Undersecretaries Wilford Will L. Wong and Goddes Hope O. Libiran, as well as officials from both universities.

Pangandaman, nakatakdang magsalita sa dalawang graduation ceremonies sa Central Luzon
Nakatakdang dumalo si Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah “Mina” F. Pangandaman bilang panauhing tagapagsalita sa magkahiwalay na graduation ceremonies sa dalawang unibersidad sa Central Luzon sa Biyernes, 19 Hulyo 2024.
Unang dadalo si Secretary Mina bilang guest of honor at speaker sa 35th Graduation Ceremony ng Tarlac State University (TSU) na may temang "Navigating Tomorrow: A Journey in Futures Thinking.” Magsasalita siya sa harap ng mga graduates mula sa Colleges of Business and Accountancy.
Kasunod nito, dadalo rin si Sec. Mina bilang panauhing tagapagsalita sa Commencement Exercises 2024 ng Bulacan State University (BulSU) para sa Hagonoy campus sa hapon.
Makakasama ni Secretary Pangandaman sa mga aktibidad na ito sina DBM Undersecretaries Wilford Will L. Wong at Goddes Hope O. Libiran, pati na rin ang mga opisyal mula sa parehong unibersidad.
