The Budget Information Legislative Liaison Service (BILLS) receives invitations for technical working group meetings/public hearings on legislative measures and executive issuances from the Senate/House of Representatives (HoR)/Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO)/Office of the President (OP), and cascades the same to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Bureaus/Services/Offices (B/S/Os) concerned.
