A Story of Budget and Management Reforms 2010-2016
This publication chronicles the story behind the budget and management reforms implemented from 2010 to 2016. It documents the journey taken by the DBM, together with its government partners and external stakeholders, to ensure that the Budget is spent within means, invested in the right priorities, monitored for delivery and impact, and crafted with the people’s voice and stake at its heart and center. It is composed of an Executive Summary and a Main Volume. This publication also serves as the DBM’s Annual Report for 2015.

A concise recounting of the reforms and why these were implemented

Main Volume
 A comprehensive documentation of the starting points of reforms, their accomplishments so far, and the challenges that remain to be addressed. It also features essays on the reflections of the DBM’s junior leaders who have been involved in the implementation of key reforms.
