The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through its Budget Policy and Strategy Group, is still accepting submissions of abstracts for the 2025 Fiscal Policy Conference (FPC) until 30 September 2025, 5:00 PM. 

The FPC is a flagship event that brings together policymakers, economists, researchers, and members of the academe to present studies and share insights on fiscal policy and public financial management. This year’s FPC will serve as a forum for evidence-based discussions that can inform reforms and strengthen the country’s fiscal governance. 

The 2025 FPC welcomes abstracts on the following topics of interest:

✔ Public Sector Reforms 

✔ Good Governance and Accountability 

✔ Disaster Risk Management 

✔ Social Welfare Program 

✔ Fiscal and Financial Stability

✔ Digitalization and Process Innovations 

✔ Public Debt 

✔ Fiscal and Monetary Linkages
