The administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. allocates a total of Php 67.9 billion in 2026 to the Judiciary to strengthen the administration of justice in the country and provide better services to the Filipino people.
"A total of Php 67.9 billion is allocated for the Judiciary and Php 43.6 billion for the Department of Justice (DOJ) as we work towards building a fair, efficient, accessible and improved justice system," the President said in his Budget Message.
"We support President Bongbong Marcos' objectives of strengthening our Judiciary system. And so, for next year, we will ensure to provide adequate and sustained funding for programs that aim to protect our citizens' rights and allow the timely delivery of justice," Sec. Amenah said.
Under the 2026 National Expenditure Program, out of the total budget for the Judiciary, amounts are provided for their Adjudication Program: Php 32.4 billion will go to the Supreme Court and the Lower Courts; Php 1.6 billion for the Court of Appeals; Php 710 million for the Sandiganbayan; and Php 306 million for the Court of Tax Appeals.
The Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022-2027, the Supreme Court's long-term reform program, will be supported with Php 5.2 billion.
To establish four additional justice zones in 2026, a total of Php 176 million will be provided for the Supreme Court, under its Justice Sector Convergence Program, to also help in reducing case backlogs and enhancing synergy among agencies.
Funding for the construction, repair, and rehabilitation of Halls of Justice nationwide has been increased to Php 2.7 billion, up by 273.3 percent from the Php 720 million allocation in 2025. This covers the first-year funding requirement for the construction of the Manila Hall of Justice.

DBM: PBBM Admin, naglaan ng P67.9 bilyon para sa Judiciary sa 2026
Naglaan ang administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ng kabuuang Php 67.9 bilyon sa 2026 sa Judiciary upang palakasin ang paggawad ng hustisya sa bansa at makapagbigay ng mas magandang serbisyo sa mamamayang Pilipino.

Sa ilalim ng 2026 National Expenditure Program, mula sa kabuuang budget para sa Judiciary, ang mga halaga ay ilalaan para sa kanilang Adjudication Program: Php 32.4 bilyon ay mapupunta sa Korte Suprema at sa Lower Courts; Php 1.6 bilyon para sa Court of Appeals; Php 710 milyon para sa Sandiganbayan; at Php 306 milyon para sa Court of Tax Appeals.
Ang Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022-2027, ang long-term reform program ng Korte Suprema, ay bibigyang-suporta sa halagang Php 5.2 bilyon.
Upang magtatag ng apat pang karagdagang justice zones sa 2026, nasa kabuuang Php 176 milyon ang ibibigay para sa Korte Suprema, sa ilalim ng Justice Sector Convergence Program nito, upang makatulong din sa pagbabawas ng backlog ng mga kaso at pagpapahusay ng synergy sa mga ahensya.
Ang pondo para sa pagtatayo, pagkukumpuni, at rehabilitasyon ng Halls of Justice sa buong bansa ay itinaas sa Php 2.7 bilyon, na tumaas ng 273.3 porsiyento mula sa Php 720 milyon na alokasyon nito sa 2025. Sinasaklaw nito ang unang taong funding requirement para sa pagtatayo ng Manila Hall of Justice.
