Assessment of the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel. The Government Corporate Counsel shall assess the respective contributions of client GOCCs on the basis of volume of work, complexity of the issues, the amounts involved, and other allied matters. These assessments shall be remitted to the National Treasury and shall accrue to the General Fund pursuant to Section 44, Chapter 5, Book VI of E.O. No. 292. 2.
