Hazard Duty Pay. Upon recommendation of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director, and approval of the Secretary of Justice, hazard pay not exceeding Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000) per month may be allowed to officials, agents, investigators and other personnel of the NBI who may be assigned in the investigation of cases which expose them to great danger or risks, subject to the availability of funds and to accounting and auditing requirements. 2. Transfer of Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers to DOH. Pursuant to R.A. No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and E.O. No. 273, s. 2004, the operation, maintenance and regulation of drug treatment and rehabilitation centers, including supervision over personnel involved in these activities, are now vested with the DOH. Accordingly, the appropriations previously alloted for these activities, including those for Personal Services, are transferred to the DOH. 3. Appropriations for Programs and Specific Activities.
