Use of Funds for Payment of Other Personnel Benefits. The amount herein authorized for payment of other personnel benefits shall be used for: a. Payment of deficiencies in authorized salaries, bonuses, allowances, associated expenditures for PAG-IBIG, Health Insurance and Employees Compensation Commission premiums, and similar personnel benefits for national government employees; b. Payment of salary adjustment and associated benefits and such other benefits as may be authorized by law or by the President of the Philippines; PROVIDED, That in no case shall this Fund be used for the payment of benefits specifically authorized to be charged against savings.
