Administration of the Fund. The amount herein authorized for this Fund shall be administered by the Office of the President. No amount shall be released and disbursed from this Fund without the prior approval of the President of the Philippines. 2. Use of the Fund. The amount herein appropriated shall be used to fund the requirements of new and/or urgent projects and activities that need to be implemented during the year, including the cost of local and foreign travels of the President, but shall in no case be used for the purchase of motor vehicles.
