Special Provision(s)
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
     1.   Use and Release  of  the  Fund.  The amounts herein authorized shall be used to implement the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program provided
          under E.O. No. 229 and R.A. No. 6657, as amended by R.A. No. 8532.

     2.   Land Acquisition  and  Distribution. The amount alloted for Land Acquisition and Distribution shall be used exclusively for the said purpose
          and shall not be used to augment other items of expenditures.
