1. Contributions to International Organizations. The amounts herein appropriated for contributions and/or costs of approved participation in
international organizations may be made available in accordance with authorized contributions, actual assessments and signed agreements. The release
of the appropriated amounts shall be made in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in accordance with pertinent budgeting and accounting rules
and regulations.
2. Commitments to International Conferences. The amount herein authorized shall be used only for the hosting of international conferences duly
approved by the President. The funds shall be directly released to the host agency.
3. Foreign Exchange Differential and Remittance Charges. The DFA shall be allowed to charge foreign exchange differentials and administrative
charges attendant to the payment/remittance of international contributions against the International Commitments Fund.
